Meet your trainer
Sam Gibson
Sam has always had a deep love for animals, & in particular, dogs. She has surrounded herself with them, in as many ways possible, & has always strived to continue learning, as much as she can about them.
Over the years, Sam has fostered, & worked with rescues, to help rehab, & re-home over 16 dogs to date. Occasionally, she still offers her services to rescues, & dogs in need.
Sam apprenticed, & became kennel manager, for a well known trainer, prior to starting her own business.
She has worked with a wide variety of dog breeds, large & small. She has done extensive work rehabbing dogs, with a plethora of behavioural issues; including dog, & human aggression.
Sam currently has five personal dogs.
Nova: Her Belgian Malinois who joins her often, as a demo & distraction dog. She is also Sam's regular hiking partner.
Coral: Her rescued Coonhound, who she is working towards competing in rally obedience with.
Shadow: Her senior rescue mutt enjoys the pet life at home, with her family.
Gump: her Dobermann, that she is aspiring to compete in the dog sport IGP/Schutzhund. Sam & Gump have attended UKC conformation shows together. Gump has received his ATT title.
Xena: Her Siberian Husky has made an appearance in UKC Conformation.
When working with you & your dog, Sam strives to help create a healthy, & engaging relationship, in order to create long term reliability with your dog.
Sam frequently attends workshops, & seminars with notable professional trainers, to expand her knowledge, & techniques.
